Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
2. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Eligible Cases for Return

1. Defective or damaged products upon delivery
2. Incorrect item received

Non-Returnable Cases

1. Used or damaged items due to misuse
2. Products without original packaging
3. Change of mind after use

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

1. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Return Shipping

1. If the return is due to our error (defect/wrong item), we cover shipping
2. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees
